Multi-Task Solutions provides business development solutions to nonprofit and for-profit organizations. Services include, but are not limited to, business counseling specializing in exit and growth strategy, business plans, promotional products, creative design services and strategic fundraising and milestone event planning.

In 2007, Beth Franklin and Mandee Johnson founded Multi-Task Solutions LLC. However, a working partnership between the two began nearly fifteen years before.

Beth, former CEO of Star Transportation, credits Mandee with a large part of her success in growing Star Transportation into one of the largest, most successful woman-owned businesses in the U.S.

Mandee, a former executive assistant to Governor Ned McWherter, came on board to help Beth develop organizational skills and improve time management, productivity and the ability to delegate. Through the years the partners learned the invaluable lesson of recognizing a co-worker’s weaknesses and strengths.  They developed solutions for weaknesses and ways to capitalize on strengths for themselves and the management group of Star Transportation.  Identifying and developing these solutions is the core concept for their new business, Multi-Task Solutions.

In September of 2006 Beth completed a 100% sale of her family’s company, Star Transportation. While continuing to work out of the Star facilities, Beth and Mandee began drafting ideas for a new company. Mandee and Beth decided to combine their talents of business management and administration. “Multi-Task Solutions” emerged as the answer to daily tasks they confronted. They resolved to expand their set of solutions and market to busy individuals and companies as well as nonprofit organizations.

Excited by the idea for the new company and the energy of the two founders, Cristina Hall joined Multi-Task Solutions in the summer of 2007. A recent graduate from Vanderbilt University, Cristina specializes in project management, client relations, and organizational development.

In September of 2007, MTS formally moved into their offices in the prestigious Hill Center in Green Hills.

Mandee and Beth realized their client’s needs called for web design and marketing, including unique promotional items. In the spring of 2008, MTS expanded by bringing on the experience and talents of Steve LoJacono and Stephanie Gambill. Steve is responsible for the promotional products/wearables division as well as strategic business counseling. Stephanie leads the creative services division, which offers both website and graphic design.
