Steve hails originally from Upstate New York where he worked in his family’s traveling circus trapeze act. Retiring early, Steve left the circus to serve his country for 11 years as a Green Beret, causing or quelling low-intensity conflicts around the globe. He currently resides in Nashville, spending time flying experimental jet-packs, honing his near perfect spelling skills and teaching haiku poetry to Nashville’s burgeoning expatriate Estonian community.
Stephanie, our creative director, has a Bachelor's Degree of Fine Arts in Graphic Design from MTSU. Before joining the MTS team, she developed her time management and client relation skills through a busy freelance career and was inspired by studio art classes she participated in during school. After doing various contracted freelance jobs with MTS, she was excited at the opportunity to be part of a growing company and decided to accept a full time position in May 2008. Stephanie is a member of the AIGA (American Institute of Graphic Arts) and enjoys practicing yoga, running, reading maps and parallel parking.

Ginger, fresh out of Western Kentucky University with an Accounting Degree, has just recently joined our MTS team. Ginger jumped at the opportunity when she heard that MTS was looking for a new employee and moved down two weeks after the interview. After graduation and the move to back to Tennessee, Ginger began to indulge in outdoor/health activities. Ginger had been quite busy going to school full time to get out of high school and college in three years each, so she spends a lot of time trying new, exciting things. Some of Ginger’s favorite things in life are music, driving with music, driving with music with all the windows down, and chocolate.
